Job Description
Personnel Options is seeking dependable Manufacturing Assembly Associates to assist with production operations involving powder materials and molds. Candidates will be responsible for preparing molds, handling and applying powder materials, assembling components, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and organize molds and materials for production.
Measure, handle, and apply powder materials according to production instructions.
Load, fill, and remove materials from molds as required.
Assemble, pack, and inspect manufactured products.
Monitor products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting as required by the position.
Willingness to work around powder materials and manufacturing equipment while following established safety procedures.
