Pay: $18.00–$20.50 per hour

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing facility in Slingerlands, NY.

We have openings in production, assembly, and warehouse operations.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for production positions. If you're comfortable using tools, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply!

Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: $18.00–$19.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: $19.00–$20.50/hr (includes $1.00 shift differential)

• Overtime and some weekends may be required.

• Second-shift employees will complete their first 3 training days on first shift at their second-shift pay rate.

What You'll Do

Production & Assembly:

• Assemble mechanical parts using hand and power tools.

• Follow step-by-step work instructions.

• Check your work for quality and accuracy.

• Use basic computer systems.

• Keep your work area clean and safe.

Warehouse:

• Move and organize materials throughout the facility.

• Help keep production areas supplied with materials.

• Support daily warehouse operations.

• Follow safety procedures and instructions.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools for production roles.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Availability for required overtime.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required for production roles.
