The best part? You don't need previous manufacturing experience to get started! If you can read a basic blueprint, have strong math skills, and enjoy hands-on work, they'll provide the training to help you succeed.

And with a four-day workweek, you'll have every Friday off!

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks to help produce quality metal components.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Use basic measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required dimensions and specifications.
• Apply basic math skills to measurements and production tasks.
• Learn manufacturing processes and machine operation through hands-on training.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the second-shift schedule.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
