Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist with material handling, quality inspections, machine support, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by handling raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Load, unload, sort, and package fasteners and metal components.
• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and changeovers.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records as required.
• Prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while adhering to 5S and safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background
