Production Associates for a local manufacturer.

What You Will Do:- Measure, cut, assemble, and package products
- Load and unload trucks and move materials
- Operate production equipment and perform quality checks
- Read work orders, drawings, and tape measures
- Assist with fabrication, warehouse, and shipping operations
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment
- Stock materials and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
What You Will Need:- Manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus; training available
