Manufacturing Associate I

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate to support hands-on assembly and production operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable following standardized work instructions, performing quality checks, meeting production targets, and maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and related components according to standardized work instructions.
• Follow established production procedures and quality requirements.
• Meet production targets and maintain the required standard rate of work.
• Perform quality checks and identify defective components or products.
• Troubleshoot basic production/assembly issues with support from team members.
• Follow all plant, department, and corporate safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement and team production goals.
• Work effectively with team members to meet department and plant objectives.

Qualifications:

• 0 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Experience with product/component assembly is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production requirements.
