Job Description

Employment Type: Contract - 12 months

  • Pay Rate (hourly, by shift):
    1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri): $18.00/hr - 1 slot
    2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri): $19.26/hr - 2 slots
    3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri): $19.80/hr - 2 slots

About the Role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator to support a 24/7 plastic injection molding operation using robotic molding machines.
Candidates with injection molding or other manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate robotic plastic injection molding machines, running one to five machines at a time
  • Operate auto-load assembly machines
  • Visually inspect, handle, and package finished parts, including small or delicate parts
    Inspect packaged products for quality
  • Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate production records

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and/or injection molding (preferred)
  • Experience handling small or delicate parts (preferred)
  • Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
  • Basic math and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
