Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled manufacturing associate to join our fabrication team. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-moving production environment where accuracy, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship matter.

Shift: 6:30 to 3:30 Monday Thursday Friday 7:00am-11:00am

Pay: Starting at $20ph and will be based on weld test and interview results

What You'll Be Doing

• Load fabricated metal components for staging or outbound shipping
• Use hand and power tools including:
  • Impact gun
  • Chop saw
  • Nail gun
  • Standard shop tools used in fabrication environments
• Accurately read and take measurements using a tape measure
• Assist with general material handling, prepping, stacking, and securing loads
• Work with the production and shipping teams to ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment preferred
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable using power tools in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
