Join our dynamic biopharmaceutical team in Plainville, MA as a Manufacturing Associate. You will play a critical part in producing high-quality products while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Enjoy a 12-hour rotating day shift (7am-7pm) with a supportive team dedicated to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed work instructions to complete manufacturing assignments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain precise inventory and batch records in alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
• Inspect finished products to verify adherence to detailed specifications.
• Support batch record reconciliation and conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Uphold Quality Management Systems and assist with Nonconformance/CAPA closures.
• Identify and promptly escalate issues to senior operators or management.
• Train new staff and achieve full competency status.
• Consistently maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
• Adhere strictly to safety, training, GDP, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
• Spend up to 90% of time working within state-of-the-art manufacturing suites.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, lab, or related fields.
• Technical proficiency with biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong grasp of GMP and safety standards.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, software tools, and operational compliance.
• Capacity to safely execute physical tasks and wear required PPE.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a cGMP environment.
• Aseptic or sterile gowning capability.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles.
• Experience with hazardous materials and temperature-controlled environments.
