Manufacturing Associate

Summary:

• Location: Union City, CA
• Duration: 6 Months
• Initially Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, need to be flexible to work 1:00-9:30pm or 9:00pm-5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine manufacturing operations as assigned, including assembly, inspection, packaging, cleaning, preparation, and sampling.
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures, work instructions, and batch records.
• Perform visual inspection of products or components using standard inspection tools.
• Use basic laboratory techniques such as measuring, pipetting, and sample preparation.
• Operate basic or semi-automated equipment and perform routine process checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Follow company safety practices and report deviations or safety concerns.
• Maintain required logs, operational records, and electronic records.
• Work cooperatively with team members and leadership, supporting productivity and quality goals.
• Flex across manufacturing areas and responsibilities based on business needs and schedule demands.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred, especially in laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
• Successful completion of required site, safety, quality, and task-specific training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in controlled environments with required PPE or gowning.
