Manufacturing Associate / Associate Technician – Production Operations

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, onsite
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will assist with product assembly, testing, calibration, and quality checks while following established work instructions and safety procedures.
Assemble hardware components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Perform basic testing, alignment, and calibration tasks.
Follow production plans and meet daily quality and productivity targets.
Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
Identify production issues and report them to the appropriate team members.
Follow applicable quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement.

High school diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for approximately 80% of the workday.
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and assembly tasks.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to maintain accuracy and follow safety procedures throughout the workday.
Experience in medical device, laboratory equipment, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA quality requirements, ISO standards, or SOPs.
