Description:

  • Operate automatic and manual chemical processing equipment.
  • Run mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, and filling machines.
  • Perform production processes following standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct in-process quality control checks and identify process variations.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely following established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations.
  • Record production data accurately.
  • Perform repetitive tasks involving small products and manual assembly.
  • Lift materials up to 27 lbs as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 27 lbs.
  • Good manual dexterity for repetitive tasks and small product handling.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and operating instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed. 
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Accurate data entry experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Familiarity with chemical processing equipment.
  • Knowledge of production systems and quality procedures.
