What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator or CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for
Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements
Managing multiple machines to keep production on schedule
Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining CNC equipment
Conducting inspections using micrometers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Dependability and strong work ethic
Capable of performing simple to complex math calculations
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding machining processes
Experience with deburring, filing, sanding, and shaping parts
Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance and knowledge of GDT standards
Ability to use power tools effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn continuously
Ability to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours a day
