We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Agile team. This group specializes in developing new processes with design and manufacturing and focuses on high impact, challenging applications. In this role, you will function as the key liaison between the engineering teams responsible for specifying the equipment requirements and the technical team responsible for the development and execution of the automation equipment.
You will be responsible for setting test plans, managing development schedules, and compiling, analyzing, and communicating test results to other engineering teams. Additionally, you will apply project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of these high visibility, value projects.
Work with manufacturing, design, internal teams to set test plans, DOEs, and development path for new programs and R&D projects. Identify and document all project milestones and deliverables, and keep project plans up to date, including resource allocations, monitoring schedules, milestones, deliverables, updating percentage completion.
Manage timelines, resources, budgets, communications, quality, risks, whilst uncovering roadblocks, defining critical paths, identifying resource constraints, and any other issues that arise.
Lead and develop all activities around project kickoffs, scope definition, design reviews, testing, and weekly progress reports. Continuously monitor and measure project processes and activities to identify and communicate potential issues, risks, or problems in a timely fashion, and provide corrective action options to drive to resolution.
Lead cross-functional teams in design reviews, functional testing, and installation. Includes resource & dependency alignment, coordination of activities, and transparent communication of project status and risk.
Conduct project evaluations post-mortems and drive process change to incorporate learning.
Experience:
3-10 years of experience as a hands-on mechanical manufacturing or design engineer working on manufacturing systems.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Expected Compensation: $86,400 - $248,400 annual salary, cash and stock awards, benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
