Previous experience in product development.Industry-specific product experience is preferred.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control protocols.Experience with 3D modeling software.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Must be dependable and able to work extended hours before and after shifts.Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can accurately define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Has excellent planning and organizational skills.
