    Job Description

    The QA TechnicianLevel1 position is primarily responsiblefortheday-to-dayqualityactivitiesassociatedwith theproduction,sampling,inspection,testing,andreleaseofmaterialsandfinishedproducts.Thisposition works closelywith the Quality Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •            Perform in-cominginspectionof materialsandfinishedproduct.

    •   AssistProductionwithin-processtesting,asneeded.
    • AssistinFinalLottesting.
    • PerformSterileFinishedGoodsInspection
    •  Placementandincubationofbiologicalindicatorsassociatedwithsterilization
    •  CompletionandmaintenanceofvariousQualityrecords.
    • UpdateQualityproceduresassociatedwiththeactivitieslistedabove,asneeded
    • Changethestatusofitemswithinthecompanycomputersystem
    • PerformotherdutieswithintheQualitydepartment (NCR,Validation,CAPA,InternalAudits,etc.),as assigned by the Quality Manager.




    Requirements

    •  HighSchoolgraduate.
    •  One(1)yearexperience withinaregulatedindustry(medicaldevice,pharmaceutical,food,etc.
    • Goodcomputerskills.
    • Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
    • Highlyorganizedanddetail-oriented.
    •  Mustbeabletoliftupto60lbsrepeatedly
    • Mustbeabletostandforlongperiods(seven(7)hoursor more)
    •  Mustbe abletoworkinbothclimateandnon-climatecontrolledworkareas
