Technical Fluency: A fundamental understanding of handheld power tools and sophisticated vehicle assembly tooling, such as multi-spindle secure stations and blind rivet systems. Communication Mastery: Excellent oral and written skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Problem-Solving Grit: Conflict resolution skills with a focus on the full lifecycle of a concern: leading interim containment, defining root causes, and validating permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence. A Manufacturing Mindset: A distinct desire to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging manufacturing environment and the confidence to supervise and guide hourly personnel. Even better, you may have...
