Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Conduct time studies and process evaluations to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Participate in the development of new products and assist in the transition from design to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
