Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making an impact on the manufacturing floor?

We're looking for a practical, results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to improve production efficiency, strengthen quality, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiency.

• Develop and implement jigs, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI principles.

• Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

• Support process standardization and quality management system requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.

• Hands-on problem-solving skills and a strong presence on the production floor.

• Experience with metal fabrication, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

• A practical mindset with the ability to turn engineering ideas into real-world results.
