Job Description
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet manufacturing capabilities.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing activities.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance operational performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to address production challenges and minimize downtime.

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CNC mills or lathes
- Familiarity with assembly and production processes
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of technical drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practice
