Develop and optimise CNC machining programs using CAM software
Create and modify 3D models, tooling concepts, and fixture designs
Verify machining programmes through simulation and validation tools
Lead quotation activities, including RFQ review, costing, and proposal preparation
Analyse manufacturing costs and support competitive pricing strategies
Track quotation outcomes and identify trends to improve win rates
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct workflow studies, process analysis, and efficiency improvement projects
Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and manufacturing solutions
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace standards
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer requirements

Associate degree, technical qualification, or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC machining and CNC programming
Hands-on experience with CAM software such as Mastercam or similar platforms
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixture design
Experience preparing quotations, cost analysis, or production planning activities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience within precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable
