This role will report directly to New Product Development and will be responsible for establishing manufacturing processes for new products, leading Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews, and coordinating production schedules as new products move through the shop. As workload permits, the position will also support continuous improvement efforts across existing operations, including leading Kaizen and 5S events and driving improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall process performance. The team will also be responsible for supporting key business initiatives.
Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, communicate effectively, work well on teams, understand lean manufacturing, CAD, machine shop skills. knowledge of grinding theory and bearing technology a plus.
