We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join our Flow Acceleration Program, focusing on optimizing production processes, improving product flow, and implementing lean principles on the clean room production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and processing.
Develop arrangements of machinery within plant facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Define sequences of operations and specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, influencing product performance.
Adapt machine or equipment designs to meet factory and production conditions.
Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans as needed.
Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance, and initiate corrective actions when deficiencies are found.
Develop and apply statistical process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Drive process improvements and support production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality system regulations, and applicable industry standards.
Lead and participate in cross-functional collaboration, training, and documentation efforts.
Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery.
Project Goals:
Accelerate product flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Implement lean manufacturing concepts and drive continuous improvement.
Enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency on the production floor.

Must Have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
Experience in cost analysis
Experience in flow acceleration initiatives
Process and equipment validation experience
Project management skills
