Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial is an essential role in developing safe efficient processes, tools, fixtures, layout planning, initial form setup and execution of many varied manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Engineer will solve manufacturing challenges for operations at Clark Pacific. They will research and develop tools, processes, machines and equipment; and integrate the facilities and systems for producing products that will enhance our current procedures. The Manufacturing Engineer will strive to optimize the expenditure of capital while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Perform capacity vs demand calculations.
- Develop the tools, processes, and technology to assist plant function.
- Develop the tools and processes around specific workflows to achieve a higher level of efficiency in our processes to manufacture and deliver our products.
- Identify the plant constraints and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Safety conscious at all times.
- Project Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
- B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering required.
