Summary: Lead the introduction of new manufacturing technology to improve production efficiency and increase capacity and capability for new product introduction. Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls. Coordinates manufacturing launch and cross-functional support for new or revised products and/or programs. Education/Experience: Level IV: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) from four-year college or university plus 10 years of work experience; Master’s Degree (M.S) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 8 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Preferred: Lean and/or Six-Sigma Certification Supervisory Responsibilities: Mentoring of junior engineers, possible supervision of production personnel. Computer Skills:
