Manufacturing Engineer
Drive manufacturing process improvements, lean initiatives, and quality gains. Support production, automation, and new product manufacturing projects.

Improve and refine manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced within specification requirements. Maintain ERP system accuracy, including process routings, BOMs, rates, and manufacturing data. Specify, review, install, commission, and support manufacturing equipment and tooling. Generate manufacturing project estimates related to cost, timing, and implementation. Collaborate with customers to support product and process improvements. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve process flow, quality, and throughput. Create manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and equipment operating procedures. Participate in new product design reviews to ensure manufacturability and production readiness. Lead plant manufacturing projects and coordinate activities across departments, vendors, and contractors. Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency. Support production operations through troubleshooting, equipment improvements, and training initiatives. Develop fixture and tooling designs using CAD software and support implementation on the manufacturing floor. Participate in audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience. 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with process optimization, manufacturing equipment, and production support. Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software and GD&T interpretation. Experience with Minitab and statistical analysis tools, including DOE, process capability, and regression analysis. Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, CNC programming, and manufacturing methods. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data management. Strong problem-solving skills utilizing Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, DOE, or related methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with customers, vendors, operations, and quality teams.
