Manufacturing Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an energy equipment manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in production support and process improvement looking to further their career in manufacturing engineering.

•      Serve as the technical escalation point for production teams, troubleshooting issues and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

•      Manage ECR/ECN processes and create and improve work instructions, routings, BOMs, and process documentation.

•      Partner with Engineering and Quality on design for manufacturability, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.

•      Lead continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime; support tooling, fixtures, and new process rollout.

Essential Qualifications

•      2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environment.

•      Reads engineering drawings and tolerances; ECR/ECN/ECO and structured root cause (5 Whys, Fishbone) experience; ERP/MRP, CAD, and Microsoft Office; ISO 9001 familiarity.

•      BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
