Job Description
Job Title
Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to support efficient and high-quality production.
Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are incorporated into product designs.
Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing by establishing production and assembly methods.
Design and implement manufacturing fixtures and tooling solutions for both new and existing products.
Evaluate production requirements and determine appropriate manufacturing methods to achieve performance and quality objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Assist with manufacturing automation projects and process development activities.
Collaborate across departments to support operational goals and production performance.
The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. Minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree. Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, tooling, and production workflows. Experience supporting new product introduction and process development initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and production teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with automation, lean manufacturing, or process optimization methodologies is advantageous.
