Local manufacturer of low volume custom transformers is in need of a highly skilled, dynamic manufacturing engineer for a small manufacturing shop. Any candidate should be highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to build a strong team while helping the company to develop per the owners’ vision.

Requirements:

• Work closely with the engineering team and in the shop
• Design and build fixtures to improve production and efficiency 
• Upgrade current equipment
• Maintain facilities including but not limited to electrical and plumbing
• Specify and source new needed equipment 
• Supervise all vendors work in the facility 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable degree
• 2+ years manufacturing shop experience
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Wages are negotiable with experience.
