The Manufacturing (Mfg) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes in the manufacturing industry. They work extensively with other departments such as research and development, production, and quality control to ensure that products are of high quality and delivered on schedule.in our continued growth.<\/span>

Duties/Responsibilities.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Designing manufacturing processes and coordinating their implementation<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyzing product design feasibility<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Estimating production costs<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Determining production timeframes<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Creating production layouts.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Improving productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing product quality.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and implement equipment and tooling to optimize manufacturing processes<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct cost analyses and make recommendations for cost -saving measures<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Train and educate manufacturing personnel on new processes and equipment<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and improve production output<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and reduce waste<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with cross -functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems in manufacturing<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain up -to -date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology<\/span>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Any other duty as assigned.<\/span>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer -aided design (CAD), and computer -aided manufacturing (CAM) software.<\/span>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in engineering, in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering  <\/span>(or equivalent)<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Five or more years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing facility<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Combination of education and experience, may substitute for degree.  <\/span><\/a><\/span>
<\/p>

Physical Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.<\/span>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.<\/span>
