PAY RATE: $72.00-120.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Creates and maintains Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) and Order Bill of Material (OBOM) for production operations.

• Analyzes engineering drawings, models, specifications, process policies, and procedures to determine practical operations and sequence.

• Plans and develops comprehensive work instructions and support documents for manufacturing groups.

• Collaborates with Designers and Production Engineers by interpreting and advising on engineering, tooling, and manufacturing requirements.

• Produces and compliance checks electronic work instructions along with required revisions.

• Uses model-based engineering systems including iBASEt, Teamcenter, and 3DX for work instruction and documentation management.

• Uses SAP for manufacturing planning and materials management.

• Uses CAPP or SFM for computer-aided process planning.

• Uses MS Office suite for documentation and reporting.

• Documents and tracks items to completion in support of management meetings, reviews, and program reviews.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience in standard manufacturing planning processes and procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other applicable references.

• Technical writing aptitude for creating work instructions and support documents.

• Experience utilizing computer applications including SAP, MS Office, and CAPP or SFM.

• Experience with model-based engineering systems including iBASEt, Teamcenter, and 3DX.

• Ability to analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine manufacturing operations and sequence.

• Experience producing and compliance checking electronic work instructions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills for tracking items to completion.

• Ability to collaborate with Designers and Production Engineers on engineering and manufacturing requirements.
