We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Production Support to join our team and help support production operations, resolve technical challenges, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer – Production Support works closely with production personnel, internal departments, and customers to troubleshoot technical issues, improve manufacturing processes, and maintain product quality. This position combines engineering knowledge, problem-solving, and customer communication to help ensure efficient production and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing and production operations.

• Respond to customer inquiries, investigate technical concerns, and help resolve product or production-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production engineering, technical support, or customer support is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
