Manufacturing Engineer

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 3 pm
Expected Hours: 45

Our client is a custom metal pail manufacturer looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineer. Someone in this role will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment reliability, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure production operations are streamlined.

- Work with and support plant supervision to ensure production requirements are met
- Drive equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to help train and assist operators and technicians

Must have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related role
Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Must have experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
Must understand mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and have experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls
