Apply today to join a thriving team!Job DescriptionDevelop and improve manufacturing processes and workflows. Support fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing operations. Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and work instructions. Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support manufacturing and production needs. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. Background in sheet metal manufacturing environments. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What's on OfferSalary $75,000- $90,000 Based on experience level.
