Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments, sharing work early and seeking input to solve production challenges and drive practical improvements
- Manage and prioritize multiple improvement projects, using targeted studies to reduce setup/cycle times, variation, and improve material flow
- Apply engineering analysis, creativity, and hands-on skills to refine and automate processes, tools, and fixtures for greater efficiency
- Develop and implement quality checks, support root cause analysis, and standardize safe, efficient use of equipment and processes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong technical base in 3D CAD and engineering design and analysis fundamentals
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or assembly
- Experience with manufacturing process improvement and fixture/tool design
