Location: Onsite in South Carolina | Relocation provided
Base pay up to $105k
Hybrid - 4 days WFO
This onsite role comes with relocation assistance and welcomes candidates from any manufacturing sector who have a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
Optimize manufacturing workflows using lean practices and smart engineering solutions
Lead quality, efficiency, and cost-improvement projects
Provide hands-on support for high-volume production environments
Collaborate across R&D, operations, and quality to introduce new manufacturing technologies
Write and execute validation plans for new or upgraded equipment
Support the launch and expansion of new production facilities, including greenfield projects
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
Experience in process optimization and high-volume manufacturing
Knowledge of lean methodologies; certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM are an advantage
Strong collaboration and communication skills
