Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in quality and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Conduct time studies and process simulations to optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Support the introduction of new products by providing engineering input during the design phase.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
