At Nextern, we inspire with passion, impact with significance, and act with integrity.. Nextern partners with OEMs, clinicians, and innovators to design, develop, and manufacture world-class medical devices across the full product lifecycle. From single-use disposables to fully integrated systems to precision components, our teams work as an extension of yours to solve patient needs and improve lives worldwide.
Nextern is seeking a versatile, hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Technician who can work across both sides of our product portfolio: complex electromechanical devices — consoles, capital equipment, and their supporting test systems — and precision single-use disposables, specifically catheter and balloon catheter systems. This combined role exists because our programs increasingly pair a capital console with a disposable, and we need technicians who can support the full system rather than one half of it. The technician serves as a direct extension of the manufacturing engineering team on the floor and is often the first person to touch a problem.
