    Description

    The Manufacturing / Engineering Trainee role is designed to develop future engineering and operations talent while strengthening technical support within Manufacturing.Essential FunctionsSupport day-to-day manufacturing operations with technical troubleshooting and process improvementsAssist in the identification, design, and execution of capital improvement projectsPartner with engineering and plant teams to optimize production processes and efficiencyContribute to project scope development, design, and cost estimation activitiesSupport development and maintenance of operating procedures, P&IDs, and plant documentationParticipate in process safety initiatives, including hazard analyses, risk assessments, and compliance activitiesAssist in ensuring adherence to Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and HSE policiesCollaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, safety, quality, and operations teamsParticipate in a structured rotation across manufacturing sites to gain broad organizational exposureRole RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skills0–3 years of relevant experience a plusExposure to manufacturing, chemical processing, or oilfield services environmentsBasic understanding of process safety, operations, or project engineeringEnvironmental RestrictionsAbility to perform essential job duties in both indoor and outdoor environments, including offices, facilities, and external job sites.Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, moving equipment, and uneven terrain.Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and operating tools or equipment as necessary to perform job responsibilities.Regular attendance and adherence to company safety policies are required.In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state laws, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
