Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring manufacturability in new product designs, diagnosing manufacturing issues, improving manufacturing processes in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues. Are You Looking To:· Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers’ needs in a timely manner.· Debug, Diagnose, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.· Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput· Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input· Establish Personal Time Management System.· Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.· Mentor Engineers and Technicians. What You'll Need:· BS Engineering with 5-10 years of high-speed electronics design and manufacturability· Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment· Must be a Lawful U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen • Schematic Capture (ORCAD) or equivalent• High Speed PCB Layout, Organic and Ceramic Materials• Strong Electronic Circuit Failure Analysis Capability• Communications Circuit Design Including:o 802.11 Ethernet up to 10GEo Fiber Channel up to 10 x FCo SPI.
