As an integral part of our management team, you will:
- Develop and guide a skilled engineering team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and nurturing their professional growth.

- Coordinate the comprehensive lifecycle of new product developments, from concept to production.
- Address and resolve engineering challenges directly on the shop floor.
