Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Programmers, and New Product Introduction Engineers.
Serve as the primary engineering leader supporting machining, fabrication, tooling, and manufacturing process development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost reduction.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process controls to support production objectives.
Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to achieve business goals.
Support new product introductions and scale products from development through full production.
Lead capital equipment projects, manufacturing layouts, automation initiatives, and process optimization efforts.
Analyze production data and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies throughout the operation.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience within a machining, fabrication, precision manufacturing, or industrial production environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong background in CNC machining, tooling, process development, and manufacturing optimization.
Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansion, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and D365 is beneficial.
Candidates with extensive manufacturing leadership experience and strong technical expertise may be considered regardless of degree level.
What's on Offer
Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000
Annual Bonus Eligible
