    What You'll Own

    • Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team
    • Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost
    • Lead continuous improvement and root cause initiatives
    • Execute capital and process improvement projects
    • Strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution
    • Advance manufacturing systems, automation, and data visibility

    What You Bring

    • 7-10+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years leading teams
    • Strong experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
    • Proven ability to improve process capability and operational KPIs
    • Experience supporting NPI and product industrialization
    • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
    • Familiarity with tools like FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

    Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Master's Degree
