Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Our client, a leading aerospace and advanced engineering manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Operations department supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and sound judgment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour

What’s the Job?

• Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed of worker operations to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates.
• Analyze maintenance, production, clerical, and other operational activities to identify process improvements.
• Perform a variety of complex tasks requiring independent judgment and problem-solving.
• Plan and accomplish assigned goals while supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
• May direct and lead the work of others while reporting to departmental leadership.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Prior experience with pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure testing, hydraulic testing, or valve testing preferred.
