Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician
Hartford, WI | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $30.00–$36.23/hour

Your Mission
- Own preventive and predictive maintenance for production assets and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- Identify root causes quickly and implement corrective actions that cut downtime
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
- Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment to enhance performance
- Execute, document, and close work orders in the CMMS
- Support plant infrastructure: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and lighting
- Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes when authorized
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to safely troubleshoot up to 480 VAC industrial electrical systems
- CMMS experience preferred
- Clear communicator and strong problem-solver
Preferred
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance (or related)
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Experience with CNC machinery, automation, lasers, or press brakes
- Facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Pay, Schedule, and Perks
- $30.00–$36.23/hour with weekly pay
