We are seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Estimator / Planner for an aerospace flight test and fabrication organization which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing estimating, routing, and production planning looking to further their career in aerospace manufacturing.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical data packages to build labor, material, tooling, and outside-processing estimates
Develop routings, work orders, travelers, and work instructions from raw material through final inspection
Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production to set realistic schedules and coordinate special processes
Maintain estimating databases, update plans for engineering changes, and support AS9100 audits
Essential Qualifications
3+ years in aerospace manufacturing planning, estimating, manufacturing engineering, CNC machining, or production control
Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skilled in blueprint/GD&T interpretation, CAD, and Excel; knowledge of CNC, sheet metal, and welding
Bonus Qualifications
ERP/MRP systems experience
AS9100 manufacturing environment experience
