Our client is celebrating 50 years of manufacturing high-quality sheet metal components for the lighting, heating, electronics, audio, and related industries.

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Manufacturing/Fabrication Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build a career in manufacturing.

No prior experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person. Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop experience is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Install hardware and components onto sheet metal parts

• Perform tapping and drilling operations

• Grind and deburr finished parts

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Use basic hand and power tools

• Follow safety procedures and production instructions

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, fabrication, machine shop, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable and reliable

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
