## Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of casting machines and equipment.

• Prepare molds and materials for the casting process.

• Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on casting equipment.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.

• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
