Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Load materials into machines and manage the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor.
- Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and report issues to maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
