We’re seeking a maintenance pro who blends hands-on skill with a continuous improvement mindset to keep our operation safe, efficient, and audit-ready.
Shifts- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:45 pm–10:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 9:45 pm–6:00 am
Your Mission
- Protect People & Assets: Enforce LOTO; address unsafe conditions proactively; document process changes to sustain gains.
- Plan the Work, Work the Plan: Complete PMs set by the Maintenance Manager/TPM Leader; study operator checklists; remove root causes; restore machines to showroom condition; tag improvements per TPM.
- Change Fast, Start Faster: Execute SMED-based mold/tool changeovers with minimal downtime; validate safe, efficient restarts.
- Fix What Others Can’t: Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process issues; support building maintenance assignments.
- Make Data Work: Log all work in MicroMain; track parts usage; flag low inventory and reorder points; issue quick tickets for emergencies.
- Grow the Team: Coordinate with the Production Manager and/or Senior Operator to deliver equipment training and suggest new topics.
- Raise the Bar: Keep work areas spotless; communicate issues, progress, and CI ideas; participate in cross-functional teams focused on safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness, brainstorming, and continuous improvement.
- Invest in You: Schedule check-ins with your manager, request added training, pursue continuing education, set goals, and report all quality, food safety, GMP, and food defense concerns immediately.

Education: High School diploma or GED
